​Heather is an experienced Counsellor, Clinical EFT Practitioner and member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) who works with adults of all ages on a range of issues.

 

Taking a holistic, person-centred approach, Heather integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques including Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), CBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness, ensuring a personalised experience for each client.

 

Heather is trauma-informed with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, anxiety and stress reduction. With an extensive background in fitness and wellness, Heather has a special interest in supporting clients with issues around lifestyle, weight and self-esteem and also assists clients in the management of chronic pain. 

 

She offers a safe, non-judgmental and welcoming space for you to share your challenges and be supported.

amara is an Accredited Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, teenagers and their families.

Tamara has a special interest in neurodivergence, children, and complex trauma.

​

She has extensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

She works with individuals of all ages. 

Tamara only works part-time, so she has somewhat limited availability.
